Costanera S.A.C.I. is an important economic conglomerate in Chile, with more than 41 years of experience, established in 1984 although it truly dates back to 1974 when it purchased interests in the Claro Group (Elecmetal).

Retail: Forus S.A. (managed directly by Costanera).
Agriculture and Food: Olisur S.A. (managed directly) and Hortifrut S.A. (actively involved in conjunction with partners).
Real Estate: Through Artec Inmobiliaria S.A., Arteco S.A. (Perú) and Inmobiliaria Costanera S.A., in which it has an active involvement with partners.
Investment: Elecmetal S.A. and Marbella Chile S.A., which are managed by third parties.
