  • Steel Foundry, through Elecmetal S.A. and its subsidiaries ME Global and Fundicion Talleres Ltd.
  • Containers business, through its subsidiary Cristalerías de Chile S.A.
  • Wine business, through its subsidiary Viña Santa Rita S.A.
  • Media and communications business through its subsidiaries Diario Financiero (a financial newspaper), Zig-Zag S.A. (a publishing company), Capital magazine and others.
