At the end of 2007, the land was purchased in Marbella, located 150 kilometers from Santiago, near the bathing resort of Maitencillo in the Fifth Region.
There is a 5-star Mediterranean-style hotel on the property with 46 rooms, 22 family suites and penthouses with a terrace. There is also a 27-hole golf course inside the complex.
In view of the group’s strategy of associating with major players in the different economic sectors in which it does business, a group was formed, led by Costanera S.A.C.I., the Lería Family and P&G Larraín, these latter two with ample experience in successfully developing vacation homes in the zone. The Marbella complex is now being developed with them.
